We will provide a limited number of transport and accommodation bursaries for people who would like to participate in the event but can’t afford to pay for transport and accommodation.

Disadvantaged people with limited financial means.
How to Apply?
In order to apply for the Transportation and Accommodation Scholarship, please write a short letter of 250-500 words and send it to translationvillage@protonmail.com. In this letter, you can include information about yourself and why you apply for this scholarship. Don’t forget to fill out the Event Registration Form along with this letter.
We will use Yıldızkoy Arcadia Campsite as the main base and concert place. The campsite has limited availability. We highly recommend you reserve your camping place as soon as possible.
You need to book your reservation in order to be able to camp in the festival area. Since our camping area is limited, we kindly ask you to make your reservation as soon as possible and transfer the payment. After filling out the form, you will receive the bank details of the campsite via e-mail. You need to make total payment within 3 working days at the latest. Otherwise, your reservation will be cancelled. While making the payment, you need to write a note in the payment details, such as: "ImvrosFest, XX nights accommodation, XX people camping fee".
